Head of School

I hope the summer is going well! I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself. I am Darby Meade and I have the great honor of serving as the principal of Columbia River High School for the 25-26 school year. I am so excited to be coming back to the River community! I went to school at River and also had the chance to teach and coach here for the first 12 years of my career. I love the Columbia River community and can’t wait to begin this next chapter! This is home for me and I feel so fortunate to be able to be part of the River family again! I look forward to meeting you all in the halls, classrooms and at events.

Our staff is excited to welcome students back in a few weeks! For now, enjoy the rest of your summer and get ready for a GREAT year.
