This year we are offering our annual Fall Parent/Teacher Conferences both IN PERSON at Columbia River, and REMOTELY using Zoom. We hope this helps best meet the needs of our Columbia River families.
Conferences will be held IN PERSON on Thursday 10/19 from 3:00-5:00 and 5:30-7:30 pm, and
REMOTELY on Friday 10/20 from 8:00 am -12:00 noon. Conferences will be 15 minutes per
scheduled meeting. To schedule your preferred time for a parent-teacher conference please take the
following steps:
1. Go to www.myconferencetime.com/criver
2. Click on the name of your child’s teacher.
3. Select the desired date/time for your conference by clicking on “Sign Up.”
4. Submit the requested information.
After you schedule a conference online, the date and time are reserved for you. If you entered your
email address correctly, you will receive email confirmation of your conference. Your email
confirmation will include a link to change or cancel your conference if that is needed.
In Person Conferences will be held in Teacher classrooms. Remote Conferences will be held using
Zoom. We will post a Teacher Zoom Link list on the CRHS website. Also, many teachers will have
their Zoom link posted on the MyConferenceTime site.

Again, conferences will be limited to 15 minutes. If a longer meeting time is needed, please schedule
for another time.
