Juniors and Seniors,

If you are interested in taking one of the Advanced Placement (AP) tests, registration is now open. AP tests are available in many areas including upper level math, history, and languages.  Many colleges and universities award college credit for passing scores on AP tests.  Students should be currently enrolled in (or have taken in the past) an honors level (IB or AP) course. It is recommended that students talk with their subject area teacher(s) for information about additional studies needed. If a student is not currently enrolled in an honors level course, they will need teacher recommendation.

This year registration for Spring 2024 testing will take place in the fall.  Test fees will be paid by Vancouver Public Schools.  Use this AP Exam Request link to request an AP Exam.

If a student registers for an exam in the fall, and does not take the exam in the Spring, there will be a $40 cancellation fine.

If you are taking any IB Exams this Spring, please check the AP Exam Schedule and IB Exam Schedule for conflicts.

The deadline to request an AP test is Friday, October 27, 2023.

AP Registration Process:

  1. Request to take one or more AP Exams using the AP Exam Request link.

  2. Student is emailed Join code for each exam requested.

  3. Student signs in to My AP and uses the Join code to register.

(Students must register on the My AP site using the Join code to be registered)
