Local home builder has a paid position for a Permit Runner/Marketing Collateral Runner.
Duties include:
- Picking up building permit and delivering them to various jurisdiction departments and Holt communities
- Responsible for helping put up some of our signage
- Assisting our permit coordinators with putting together permit packs, scanning documents etc.
If you are interested in construction and learning the permitting process, there is potential to grow into a permit coordinator role.
Required:
- Current driver’s license
- Insured personal vehicle
- Must be 18 years of age
If you’re graduating in Spring, this is a great entry level position if you’re interested in starting a career in the building industry. Staring pay is $13.36 and caps at $18-19 as duties increase. Mileage reimbursement is also given for business use of personal vehicle.
